Gviral uses account, media, booking, messaging, and purchase data to run Music Room promotion, studio services, events, and beat transactions.
We may collect profile details, login credentials, verification and password reset requests, uploaded content, booking and purchase records, message activity, notifications, and basic device or usage data needed to keep the product working.
Data is used to authenticate accounts, process bookings and purchases, deliver uploads and playback, manage credits, listings, availability, ticketing, notifications, and support safety or fraud review when required.
Information is shared only with service providers or transaction partners needed to operate the product, complete payments, deliver media, support search or location flows, or satisfy legal obligations. Records are kept for operational, financial, and security needs.
Gviral uses mobile numbers and SMS consent records to deliver appointment payment requests, payment confirmations, booking status updates, reminders, and requested support. We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent status with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We may share this information with messaging providers, phone companies, and vendors only as needed to deliver and operate the requested messaging service.
Signed-in users can delete their account from Settings in the app. Deletion revokes active access and removes the account from normal use while operational, financial, and safety records may be retained where required.
